Shipping policy

At FindSwag, we’re committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and reliably. Once your order is placed, our standard processing time is between 2 to 4 business days. Custom items and large format print products may require additional time — typically 5 to 7 business days depending on the complexity of your order. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

We ship across the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You can choose from standard, expedited, or rush shipping options during checkout, and shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on your location, the size and weight of the items, and your chosen delivery speed. Most standard deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Expedited and rush options are also available for faster delivery.

Please note that large or custom print items, such as banners, signs, or framed wall art, may require special handling and packaging, which could slightly extend delivery timelines. If your order contains oversized items, our system will provide an accurate shipping rate at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders over $200, excluding oversized or freight shipments. At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our Shopify store. If you require a custom or international shipment, please reach out to us directly for assistance.

It’s important to ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within three business days of the delivery date. For damaged items, include clear photos and your order number in your message. Our team will work quickly to resolve any issues and ensure you’re satisfied with your experience.
